  • XP cannot login

Hello GM: After the new patch today, my team mate cannot play the game with the XP system. Some of them crashed at the page of login, some are different version from the Server, and my old PC with the XP showed hack tolls detected...... All things are used but still cannot play. Please check what's wrong.

Hello, 

In the patch note, we mentioned about XP system need to download XP fix file in order to play. Please download it from the download section. Thank you.

same problem

disconnect immediately or a 2-3 seconds after login, often with a white screen, sometimes with a Hacking attempt has been detected" message

i installed everything that is recommended, with last XP patch available
