Reinstall with your antivirus off. Make sure your video drivers are updated. Make sure you have the latest C++ runtime installed.

I have reinstalled the game, played with no problems until the message showed up again.

Does it mean we will have to be reinstalling the sorftware every two weeks?

It could be a Windows update thing interfering with NF. Lots of updates lately with Win10 and Win7 .
