Hi,

 

i had a mayor crash a couple weeks ago during a HA, and had to reinstall, now that i'm trying to do so i get the following message;

 

"APP update prepairing failure.Please contact the GM"

 

- i've downloaded & installed a full new game (twice  to make sure it wasnt corrupted..), and deleted all remaining files followed by running ccleaner to clean registry and a reboot.

- downloaded & installed the patch

- and downloaded & installed the updater.

 

but the message keeps appearing, whatever i try.

 

is there a way to get back ingame that i havent tried yet?

 

(i dont play on steam & run on W7)

p.s. tried to send a ticket about it 5 times but i got an error message after sending them, so you might take a look at that as well..
