Most likely they're waiting it out. Pretty much why we all use Medal Store is to get the EBB5.5, ECV 5.5's. and EBB6's. Now that you can buy all that from olive store, they're seeing if the impatient players would succumb and shell out. They already have item store in place, I don't see what's taking them so long to implement medal store. I wouldn't doubt it if they just removed the medal store all together just like trade.
