must have a proper BO at level 125 to do so...supp sailor or others being used as BOs do not count.  perhaps this helps.

I got mine but I can't find where to get the RN CA Rage I won.  Anyone know where to get the free ship?

Should just be on your item page in game, the IJN CA that I won was there when i refreshed the page.

Thanks Black Hand but I still don't see it in the ship list.  There isn't even a ship named Rage there in the list  oh well prob sitting somewhere with my missing escort and crew.

My reward ship was in the item page (automatic and I did not need to do anything), but there was a delay of about 30 min before the item page was updated (the refresh button did not help).  The new server may have different ship names (not sure), so you may want to check if you get a new ship with another name.  The pCA should be the same old pCA that has been around for a long time.
