I just got an answer from zeta on the lost sailors telling me that no data exists on the two sailors that I lost.  Took him over two months to tell me that no data exists on either of the sailors, even though I have screenshots proving otherwise.

 

One was Super Elite Fighter based Seaman that was lvl 105 and over 220 vets, other was base 12 boosted KM db.

Spent money on both, including vets, boosts, and all the time wasted lvling them up.

 

Only to get this answer.

 

Ridiculous but not surprised at all.  Will not spend another dime on this game ever, since this is how you handle problems like this.

Could be worse. Coulda lost entire crews.. maybe 15 crews? To be told there was no data like I was. Just enjoy the game. The merge was a risk but it made the game playable again. So just enjoy what’s left of it.

The most pathetic response you can give is that "enjoy the game" this was predictable .... I do not see other comments of yours without saying more of the same misery!

 

 

Please be more careful, I do not know if you will get dollars from heaven, but this guy and the time and money invested went through the trash .... it seems to me that he was clearly scammed like many who are being the last 3 years ..

 

So is the inefficiency of GM TNF normal for you? Does it make you want to continue enjoying the game like that?

 

When it is more than clear here that whoever owns this, at least stop cheating people and put order by bringing more people to TNF team to work and solve the problems that players have

First of all, I am trying to find your crews in backup files, but I cannot find the sailors you memtioned in your ticket, I just tell you the result of checking the backup files.

Second, I did not see any of your screenshots which you said you had provided to us.

Please do not spread wrong message or anything thats not true, we are trying our best to find out the missing sailors of all the players.

Please read carefully about my reply on your ticket, it is the best if you can provide us with screenshots of your missing crews, the more information you can provide, the easier for us to find the missing crews

I will not reply anymore in the forum about this kind of topic, I already very tired to check all the backup files with little information of the missing crews.

I am sorry about taking so much time for the recovery/restore missing sailors, please be patient and give me more time for this kind of issue.
