I don't know what you did in the latest patch but the game not run anymore.
The only way to make it run is use the chinese launcher, then when the patch be installed will appear on screen the U.S. launcher. Now without close the U.S. launcher (if you do it the patch will install again) use the chinese launcher in order to enter into the game. Once you be inside the game then you will be able to close the U.S launcher.
