For AA, it's better user normal gunners with high reload or classic in AA gunners? I just want use manual AA.

The top 2 AA guns for KM are the 3.46"/76 SK C/32 and 5"/61 KM 40. Both of these can only be used by sailors classed as AA gunners. If you go with normal gunners, you're stuck with second rate AA guns.
