Lately, I've not had much luck either way on chat. It's been inconsistent regardless of login access point for the whole time we've seen problems (not surprising if it's a server issue). If someone's found a fix, I'm all ears.

As for login, I've actually been using the South Carolina access point myself with no real problems beyond what I see on other ones. In fact, it's a bit better than many of the others I tried after the updates.
Now, prior to the recent "fix," I found Taiwan to be the least laggy for me, but could only consistently access HQ on one of the Chinese ones (and not always the same one!).

i am in Texas and i log thru the iowa server terminal almost unfailingly, except when i forget they are in maintenance.

in fact i am logged in now. 

yeah tech i usually use iowa cause that seems to work best. Me being in georgia you would think south carolina would work best but hell no. 

Been logged in over 2 hours now and still cant use the chat. freezing like crazy. 5 to 6 second turn lag. this is just getting ridiculous. 

I can't seem to find any server that would work, all have pretty bad lag, the best one is Oregon, but it runs with 2+ sec lag at its best, or a slideshow at its absolute worst. LA access point doesn't even let me log in, and thats the closest access point to where I'm at...
