I'm still waiting 7 months without answers! , Until when prohibited to use the discord of the NF ??? all because GM got angry at hearing the truth (no insults or violating any rules) .....

 

 

That's why people leave 7 months waiting for answers ?????

Much of the defection is because those who lead the NF team are not only limited by their language (languages), but their judgment is very convenient in their favor, when you tell them something they don't like, they ban you, they they take away the discord, they delete the posts, they don't read you the tickets and so countless things ..

I've stopped caring for this game, I do not play anymore because of this reason. Poor support, idiotic balance and lag with a toxic playerbase.

I come back to play and I do not remember my old account.
I make a response ticket "we do not offer this kind of service".
I make a new account and I play.
By hassard I find the account with about 8k gold.
And I can not transfer them to the new account etc ...
