You need to manually update your NF - download last patch and extract it into NF main folder.

If manual update also fail it means that sth interrupting update process. Check if your antivir/firewall isnt interfering. If this fail also, send support ticket. For most of players manual update always works.

Try this also:

Delete gameguard folder Launch fm installer pick repair Apply manual full patch (Blackpearl patent) - maybe it will work.

It should be - after deleting gameguard, launch FM installer, pick repair - it should repair badly installed gameguard i think. Anyway if this will not do this, you will not be able to login to game cuz server checks if gameguard is running properly.
