When I play in fullscreen the lower part of the screen behaves odd. Everything like kinda blinks and lags back and forth. This only happens in full screen. Which is unfortunate because I cannot play in window mode, the window is so small it gives me headaches.anyone knows what could cause this? I use a radeon vega 56 fraphics card. Ive tried playing around with the video card settings to no avail.

Hey Skridt,If you download "fraps" and run it while in fullscreen, it solves that issue. Fraps just lets you know your fps. Make sure the box "fraps always on top" is checked.Hope it solves that for you!

OP, try turning off any of the AMD overlay/gaming software/recording stuff and see if that helps.

I couldnt get anything in the AMD settings to help me but LMFAO the FRAPS thing WORKED... unbelieveable, cant explain that one at all.

how many yrs havei not been able to play this due to tihis glitching with amd and god nows how many hrs spent messing with settings and a 5 second download just saved loads of yrs of grief all i did was set to windows 7 and away i went wtf nice tip bud

finally it worked! the only problem is, adjust how you adjust the screen resolution, the game comes out bigger than the screen, you don't see the ship yard frame, and playing more than half the clock of the degrees you don't see.

having the same problem atm and fraps did not fix it. ugh its so annoying
