my resignation from NFO has nothing to do with x_qv_y.  

i have always tried to play, sink, and lose by the rules, ok?!  if anyone cheats i have no use for them.  after all, it is a game, ya know.  i know several i have no use for.  

my misunderstanding of the hierarchy of NFO and the evidenced illegal actions of a leader of the fleet i was in most recently  resulted in faulty comments by me in resigning from NFO.

i DID NOT ever view negatively, or intend to incriminate x_qv_y in any way.

i freely send this apology to x_qv_y in good faith.
