Hey guys im looking to start a uk bb crew. In my eyes its the best nation for bbs.
The problem is im a newbie and have little to no experience with making crews
I have 500 and possibly and get 600 if needed olives to buy elite sailors, boosts, vets,
whatever you experienced guys think i should spend them on to make the best crew.
Should i buy elite gunners, reps engies?? Please i need your help im clueless.

the final crew set up for UK BBs should be the following:
BO
2x gunners
6x engies
4x reps
1x scout

You can also use 7 engies and 3 reps but above is the set up that I use and it works well.
I suggest that you get the reps, engies and gunners as elites. You can use events to get the vets, experts and boosts to make them EBVE.
This is what you should do imo but you should get the views of other players before making a decision.
