I tried to make the condition as similar as the soft sailors which most of the UK players did to their crews to get extra displacement so that to put more armor on their qv. But my objective is to raise the speed of Kaiser from 37 knts to 39 knts, and finally I did it. And what I am really wondering is:" Am I right if the displacement of kaiser is under 118795t, it could rush to 39 knts? or there is something else that can simply influence it ?

2 binds per guns only?

I get 4 binds per guns with no soft engie. And on the test server, you can't make soft engie.
In the past you could, but now no.

with no soft engie could you run over 37knts which means 39 knts ??
and as i said i didnt make soft engie i just promote the support sailor to 2nd engie once then leave it alone. its almost the same weight as a 120-promote soft engie.

But if you do it right, you can run full soft engie without too much problem. At least, it's what I heard from someone in Regalia.

I just find it sad that the KM's best ship is the slowest one.

I guess it's too much to expect that KM would get a bone from the Devs. after all, gotta make sure it's 'balanced'.

Kaiser is already the best bb6. No other BB6 can outshine it in HA/HD, bb1-6 or all welcome battles. Only in GB its not the best of all. For GB you are right that QV rules but in a game with severall BB6 you dont want to sit in a QV.

Isn't the nebraska currently the best bb6, because of its overpowered ability to turn, armour piercing, godlike spread, able to do well in GB as well as in BB room?

I once watched as 2 Kaisers fought each other in a GB match, the dual lasted for a long while because they were the last ships on their team.

They had to switch to AP to deal damage, because both were bouncing the LHE.

Lol, that means both Kaisers were bad players. No one in their right mind would AW a Kaiser.

Situational.

In a HT, you need Kaisers, otherwise you will just be pushed back slowly.

In less crowded outer tiles, the Nebby is superior.
