I recently started leveling up a second crew of support sailors for future BBs, however for some reason I waited until after my gunners were level 62 to do this and now I cant use them on my low level ship.  As you can tell this is my first time doing this process.  So now all i have is a ship full of support sailors who cant fire guns, is there anything i can do besides buy gunners from somebody or did i just waste all of my time?
