From what I know, no, you can't buy and sell premium or event ships.

true, all prem ships and event ships aren't tradable, but you can sell it for cred in harbor

Best way is to spend $30 and wait 30 days to get one of your choosing. You have to refer a friend/account and buy 3 months of prem and wait 30 days. Once this is done you can choose an EBB of your choice.

Only other way to get an EBB is to win an event.

Are you seriously considering spending $75 worth of olives to get the Hyuga? This is why SDE should put ebbs up for sale as premium items...they could make a fortune. Ebbs cannot be traded.

Honestly there are so many EBB's from events around these days they may aswell sell them as prem ships.

You don't even have to wait the 30 days for your premium invitation, once I got paid three months my friend who referred me got his Warspite.
