Nexon has now officially launched it's North American website, marking the official beginning of the NavyFIELD II American Community! It's been my pleasure to update all of you on the progress of NavyFIELD II's release, and please, if you enjoyed NavyFIELD, give NavyFIELD II a chance, and try it out for yourself.

Your assumptions might be valid if SDE actually knew how to code. Keep in mind this is the company that made a 2D sprite game that can bog down on a modern processor.

Guys your comparing this too much with other naval MMOs. Let SDE show us what they have learned over the past years and give them a chance. At the moment i can think of only 3 other naval games for the PC that are WWII naval games.

Face it guys, as far as WWII naval games go, there really arent that much.

As far as the game goes: Looks good. Be happy to try it out. Although as said before the graphics could be better, i think they kept in mind that not everyone has a high end PC, thus making this more appealing to more people.
Personally i never played NF for its graphics. When i saw NF i thought it sucked, but when i started playing i thought differently and i still do.

So SDE! Show us you guys HAVE listened to us, the players, and make this one heck of a game!

Lucky for me I replaced my old PC this year with something more modern.

Can't wait. Maybe this will be a little more popular than our old NF. Might make a thread on facepunch to stir up publicity.

Freakin sweet screenies i CANNOT wait! and i hope they arent really doin the whole u can play fopr free up till so and so level then you have to pay premium to keep going....i wont even play it if thats the case i can udnerstand the costs of launching this new and improved game but seriously they will have a much bigger player base if u have the OPTION to buy premium like how it is now with the extra 1k exp and increased conversion ratio.

after thinking about it for a few weeks SDE needs to give us back our hard earned money seeing how were gonna have to grind from 1 and get nothing in return for the crews weve got now i will not give crash feild another penny from here on out *** here i come

They are standalone games. NF will continue to run, while NF2 will be an entirely new game. This is no different than any other MMO company releasing a new game. It would be inherently unfair to allow players to start a brand new game at the highest level.
