Disabling my antivirus for 10 minutes works wonders here. No problem if it the antivir enables itself again after 10 minutes, except when I have to restart NF. Then I have to disable it temporarly again.

Got it working... just disable Identity protection from AVG Internet Security 2011 and works... no other component needs to be disabled.

FOr me it was 360 Security that blocked it.

Solution for Windows 7 ultimate.

I just encounter the same issue yesterday on my local time, I'm using win7 I solve the problem by right clicking nf then choose "Run as Administrator" and I manage to got in the game, I hope this solution solve yours.

really wish the nf programmers would fix issues before they come up with new great ideas. i have no anti virus installed and not firewalls and still dont work with error code 204 hack shield. go nf programmers yoru the best

this thread has over 300 views, that tells me others are having same issue. and no GM post in here yet, or a solid fix, its their patch, they know what they changed on HS but have no solid answer on the fix, we have to we have to find out ourselves how to fix the issue by trial and error, while losing time i could be playing any game.
