Buff incoming for RM AA.

That buff is one of the single. I am working on it to give a GA around 36 instead of 40 a damage buff as well.

You may want to level a 4th or 5th repair for levels 70-85 in place for more SD if you don't cap at 900.

i have made the same experience, with restorer.

1. your ship is less on smoking then without restorer

2. you repair not faster BUT earlier

3. you could repair higher

i.e.

20k DP

no restorer - after hit and smoking - repair to max 16,5k DP

with resorer - after hit and smoking - repair back to 19k DP

so. with restorer i will repair earlier and got more DP after that.

my setup for all nations is..

1 BO

2 Maingunners

5 Engineers

4 Repairer

1 Restorer

1 Scout

If i play with second pair of Gunners (AA/HH) i use 4 Engineers and 3 Repairer.

This thread is what prompted me to do my little test and post in the Tips & Tactics Forum.
Since most won't follow a link to that, I'll give the summary:

I made 2 crews: Crew A with just enough restore ability for exactly 900 SD and a high repair rate and Crew B with a not so high repair rate but with a much higher restore ability ( if SD weren't capped at 900, it would be well above 2k SD).
Then I hit their ships for exactly the same amount of damage and timed when they stopped smoking and when they were fully repaired.
Crew A stopped smoking earlier and was also repaired fully much faster. Both crews repaired to the same point.
The higher restore ability of Crew B didn't help at all, it was Crew A's better repair rate that won them the day.

Restorers are useless, live with it.

You guys forgot that restorer provides repair, and that repair dictates how long before you stop burning.

Restorer are useless, go enjoy your placebo.

But with four gunners you can take two ways:
- aa way (but italian aa is not good, maybe the worst)
- asw way
