Hello,

I know many of you have questions in your head. Let me answer a few first, and you can ask the rest of it if they are not included here. 

Constructive conversations ONLY. 

1. Will your ships and sailors stay the same after the merge?

Yes. They will be there, don't worry about it. We are doing some final tests to ensure the merge will go smoothly. For some credits ships you bought (except the SD ships) and escort ships you may sell them although you may lose small portion of the credits, but it can help avoid any problems. But this is not a must. 

2. I am a Steam player, how can I play after the merge? 

The same way you did. 

3. I saw some item store and medal store prices were adjusted, why?

It is to sync with the Fleet Mission server price. We will review all prices after the merge to make sure all prices are reasonable and affordable for most players. 

4. I have to leave fleet/disband my fleet? 

Yes. It's new era and it is more fair to have both server fleets to start fresh, no matter for fleets or the habours.

5. What are the benefits of the merge?  

First of all, 300% XP will be the normal XP from now on.  With both companies cooperating we can enjoy economic of scale. The development process will be faster and we can a better NF for all players. We will keep the good elements, fix the bugs and develop new game mode at the same time. Larger scale of promotion will be held, maybe you can be one of the ambassadors that help the new players!  Of course with a larger player base, you will enjoy a faster start battle room too. 

6. What should we expect after the merge?

Well, we are developing different language kits for NF. After the merge, you should expect the portion of International player: Chinese player to be 50:50.  There will be different languages in the chat channel. I hope all different cultures can get along well.  We are working on support English, Chinese and Spanish typing, and may add more in the future. Besides the multi culture environment, we have setup many server acceleration points around the world, this is to improve your latency to the game server. I hope this will improve the gaming experience of you if you had lag before. The new client will have a much lower crash rate and better compatible with Windows 7, 8 and 10.

The major points:

1) How will medals be compensated after they are lost in the transfer?

2) What will the compensation be for unused olives that we may have on our accounts

3) Since we are transfering to PRC will our account information (as per their laws ) become property of Kupaski and all account information becoming property of the PRC government?

** the reason for 3 is nuanced. If youve been in this game since before 2005, you are the owner of your account not SDE. 

4) Will any more questions in this thread actually get answered?

Subscription and most other prices have been increased by at least %25 . . .could you explain why I am supposed to view this as "reasonable and affordable". 

I can't see how an increase of that amount is an improvement in my being able to "afford" this "reasonably"?  Any insight would be appreciated, thanks...?

Let them merge everything first, ik sure they've got bigger worries now to make sure its smoothly transfered.

Yes normal.  More items maybe added later. The price will be reviewed and adjusted again after merged. 

HQ is safe. But we are seeking to improve it in the future as there are some players lost their sailors during deposit/withdraw process due to lag. That's why I strongly suggest you not to DC or leave shipyard when you have lag using HQ. 

SD class will stay as they are now in your account.

1. We removed 1 ip 1 account policy for a while already and we removed ban on many accounts that were banned because of that. If you were banned by that reason, you are welcome to write a ticket to appeal.

Unfortunately, all habours will be reset for both servers as we are both moving to a new server. This is more fair. I believe that if all members of the fleet stay as the "same heart" and work together, you will back to the same stage in no time. We will improve HA mode and fix APA soon.

As I know, all the players' behavior as well as the game content of online/offline games in China mainland should complies with relevant Chinese laws (The KupaiSky's Fleet Mission have PRC-law-related extra rules in game ). Shall we obey the Chinese law in games in case we are arrested and sued by PRC government?

 2.1. If we should, what shall we do to prevent being banned besause of those issues?

 2.2. If PRC government requires, will my account & private information be transferred to PRC goveronment?

As I said, price will be reviewed after merged. So buy the one you think it is cheap now, and leave the others for later.
