Torpedoes, mines, smokes, bombers, BBs with a small hitbox, CVs with 18 aircraft in one departure, merging accounts into clans, attack and defense of harbors - this is the standard functionality of the game created by the developers. The use of these functions is completely legal if it does not go beyond the rules that you agreed to when registering your accounts. If an adversary uses one of these units or one of these functions against you, then this is absolutely legal. If you can not resist such an enemy, then this is only your problem. This is not a problem for those who use them. If you cannot defeat such an opponent, then you are weak players and you need to learn to play, not cry on the forum and blame without evidence. If you have no evidence, but you blame it - this is called slander. APA is also a standard unit in the game and capturing a room in a harbor attack is legal, BUT! APA should not go beyond the map! APA’s exit behind the map is a hack and exploit, it’s a gross violation of Rules and mechanics of the game, an permanent ban must occur for this.

You have been doing this for several months, this is malicious use of the bug. Exit APA or Skytrain beyond of the map is illegal, because it allows one player or fleet to have an unreasonable advantage over other players, the unit is not visible and cannot be killed. This is a fraud.

Our difference is that you are trying to blame without any evidence, evidence or even the fact of gaining an advantage over you. The accident crashed the same number of players in both teams. You do this for the sake of excuses, in an attempt to neutralize the severity of your violation.

We have provided concrete evidence of the malicious conspiracy of part of your team. Collusion in order to use the game’s error and gain an illegal advantage over the opponent. You are cheaters, it is proved by facts.

I have nothing against you in person and I still respect some of the players in your fleet as they are good players for so long.  I have these questions.  Were you in HA on Jan 4th or did you crash?  Your account crashed when I checked the video we have (your ship Franz CV Kurapikaa).  So, did someone send you this screenshot or did you capture it yourself?  If you get this screenshot from someone, you should talk with that person.  I was in that HT on Jan 4th in an ss and fighted against 2 ss in Ultra.  Your ss did not crash; the screenshot you have here (0/2 ss due to crash) is wrong.  Both team lost about the same number of ships and BAMF had 17 bb and Ultra had at least 15 (you can count the number of bb on your side or the red dots after the crash in the HT video; one of us posted the video in the last forum thread that you deleted).  Or, are you denying the fact in the video?  Your accusation that "his video they used kitas in the end of battle to make it lag and don't record HT cuz u did crashing tools too again" is without basis.  He crashed in HT so he could not record the HT battle.  If you believe mines and torps caused lag and crashes, why did Ultra use 4 Atago in the last HT? 

Some of us are posting here because we want your fleet to stop this APA/skytrain practice.  As you are a senior member in Ultra, your words can make a difference.  Please tell them to stop sending APA out of bound to win rooms.  Stop sending skytrains out of bound trying to win harbor.  I still beleive your fleet is strong and can win main vs. main (as you have said before).  It happened 2 or 3 months ago when you won HT and took KM from us.  You do not need to use these bug exploits.  We do not need to focus on the past but the future. 

If there is evidence showing any player in BAMF uses bug/hack/exploit, send us the evidence (video or screenshot) and we will take action.
