A huge amount of the players are facing lags for the last 2 weeks (at least). Definitely the TNF-members, who play the game are affected, too and must be aware of the problem. So, isnt it enough to adress this in forums or do u want each player to send in a ticket, like i was told by a TNF-member? Whats the consequence: receiving thousands of tickets, that have to be answered (hopefully not with an autoreply), instead of focusing on the real problem. It is obvious, the basis is a running/functioning game, and this should be fixed right away (with whatever step is necessary). If the problem is out of your company, press hard on your contractor and keep the community informed with what is really going on.
