So many posts already!

This patch IS unfinished. It got to a few weeks to go with very little BB stuff done because someone concentrated on the lower tiers, and to be honest it was very chaotic and poorly organised, which will change for further projects.

With regards to CV/Airplane balance; Further changes WILL happen in the next project (please read the test forums and post your opinions!), the current changes were just to temporarily bring them in line with the current balance.

The 12" SN gun changes were unfinished due to again the little amount of time that was put into the BB balance unfortunately. However, the SN BB4's primary gunset is meant to be the 15", which is MEANT to outrange the Yammy; However, I have no idea if that was finished; If not, expect an emergency patch for it (hopefully). The 12" BB4 guns were nerfed as they were utterly overpowered, and that caused a damage nerf for the other 12" gunsets (as they used the same shell data).

Most of the displacement changes was to change the damage resistance of ships (not to give them armour whore abilities), and the base speed changes in most cases were to fix the changes to the speed that they caused. The infamous "Hacker Maria" has been nerfed and now can't take full salvo's from BB5/6's and laugh.

Changes to DP and Turning have been done to reflect national advantages, and further changes to the tiers as a whole are likely when we get around to it after our current projects (which are Aircraft, BB5 and finishing SN/MN).

If you feel you have found a bug in the patch, please don't rage about it when you haven't helped test, report it and it will be fixed ASAP. Remember SDE are only human and mistakes do happen in a patch as big as this.

And for some reason the Soyuz now has Monty range, while noone asked for that.

But as Lj said, the patch is unfinished.

Not my observations. In my observations MN BBs are very small and hit very hard. Not exactly my definition of UnderP.

ok..If the patch is unfinished why patch it in.Isn't that what the test server is for to get everything right before implementing it into the game? You guys always make me laugh with these useless statements. Like saying SN isn't finished but its gonna be patched in. So we're suppose to play with a more crappy a nation than before, i accepted the IM nerf But how the Hell you gonna Nerf Soyuz. Ship was already physically unable now its just a fat crap in the water.


P.S some told me soyuz is OP..when he got 2 shotted in his L2. And the soyuz had 100s on. Made me wanna slap him for the dumb remark.

110 range should be at Montana because all the other nations 110 guns aren't usable, the old range was overpowered and with the damage it does it shouldn't have that range.

Because SDE set a deadline, enough time was given but the person who was doing the work concentrated on the CA's and the project was chaotic, organised and a near failure until me, Richard and a few others did some work at the end (I myself was out of action for 6 weeks due to exams).

I also notice that you never once attended a test. If you want to complain, attend a test. And the Soyuz with 110 guns was utterly overpowered. I agree the 100's were useless, and I told Angus many times what to do with them.

I am not here to nerf nations out of action. I have crews for all nations and all class types. I am here to improve the game and will work as hard as I can to do this. One thing I will say; It is better in the long run to have something underpowered and fix it ASAP than have something overpowered and have to wait a long time to get it fixed.
