I do not want to get into fleet politics but I must ask this. Why does fleet use inactive fleets to declare on its own harbor to protect it? This is a common tactic used by Omega. I understand that the HA time overlap is a strange situation in the new server. But, this tactic of using an inactive fleet for sham declaration is unfair and takes away other fleet's right to play HA/HD. If a fleet cannot play two HA/HD games that overlap in the same time zone, do not hold two harbors in that time zone. Some fleets and players consider this as one fleet trying to control what HA/HD game other fleets can play by this type of manipulations. Think about if someone creates sham fleets to declare on all harbors to completely shut down the HA/HD games, you will say that it is not acceptable because this takes away other fleet's rights to play HA/HD. By the same logic, using inactive fleets for sham declaration is not an acceptable behavior. If you do not have time, resource, or interest to defend, then, do not defend (for any reason including overlap HA/HD time). Please do not use inactive fleets to protect your harbor. If you want to attack but cannot defend at the same time, you have made your choice.

Sabes que es lo más divertido que hablan de honor y respeto .....
Tengo una desafortunada cantidad de capturas de personas de su flota que insultan a Maria Santisima en HA ... por mala suerte entiendo español, ¿también habla de honor? ¿Cuándo usan exploit y border jump? es ese tu honor? .... pero oye, tienes que quitarle las cosas a quien venga ... hablan de que OSP y BAMF son 4 flotas, los omegas no están muy lejos, tienen gente de Brasil para siempre, gente del novato de FG, gente de ARA, gente de ACH, de AH, DTF o 205th (alemanes), Ex KT ... ¡No sé cuánto te disculpas si tu flota tiene la misma lechada que todos! Me refiero a ser juicioso.
No creo que sean esa flota que dicen ser, ni son los mejores para jactarse de que vencieron a su mejor BB / CV / SS ... ahora en un HA muchas cosas pueden variar y pueden ocurrir variantes ... como todos los altibajos de la flota. ....

Not sure what you're going on about. I've never tried to hide the fact that anyone mercs. Everyone has. Everyone does. What denying are you talking about? Please enlighten me because I'm being as honest as I can be.
In my opinion I'd rather a fleet got numbers to put up a good battle against. I could care less if any fleet uses mercs. I just want to play. I also don't pretend to be annoyed with Ultras covering their harbor. I get that too. Overlapping times so cover it. We're having a little fun and competetiveness between fleets. You do realise half the people have been in Ultras, Bamf, Omegas, etc at one point. We're all a bunch of mutts.

It's completely understandable that Ultras got a ghost fleet blocking their harbor, there's no fun in playing against 3 times your numbers, cuz u got BAMF, OSP, RA and whatever sht in there teaming up.
Apart from that, the matches between OSP and BAMF I know too well, it's not like they try hard, it's just casual matches. I still remember that we went against OSP and were told that it wasn't much needed to come, because it was just a ''fun match'' to train.
Stop covering your arses, it's enough now, we all know that OSP, BAMF, RA and whatever thefk u got there work together to some extend. This all comes out of OSP btw, they got their hand in pretty much everything. But it doesn't matter, no matter what you say or scream at them, they all pretend it doesn't exist.
Ultras has all right to get their harbor blocked and have a ''fun match'' with their friends.
If you want to have them stop blocking their harbor, you should also find a trade-off for that. That being mercing.
Because if I remember correct, karma banned lots of players unrightfully but he atleast tried to do something against the mercing shit.
so its more than fair to block your harbor against a fleet that mercs with 3 other fleets.
so to you austin:

I want thanks who is talking about Ultras we are enjoying with fighting together .
Who is not like Ultras the game is free you can attack us and conquer us if you can .
Please don't drag the game to drama again just got fun and enjoy with it .
I want thanks all Ultras members and my brothers council leader we all did a great job continue and have fun

Do you also know that they blocked their harbor even when they do not have overlap HA/HD times? There were two occasions I can remember. They blocked their harbor one time for no reason (no overlap HA/HD time), and I heard that they did not have enough players that week. The other time was that they blocked KM (or SN) and attacked RM, and I heard that they did not want to have players splitting the time and choose between playing one of the two HA/HD. What is your opinion on those?
I hope we all will not regret in the future when someone starts creating dummy fleets to block harbors to disrupt HA/HD games. When they claim that this is an acceptable practice according to this post (with kupaisky official ok stamp) when some of us now defending that sham declaration is an ok practice.
I do not care much about the past. What is the past is the past. The purpose of me starting this thread in the forum (see my first post) is to have the consensus that sham declaration is not acceptable and we will all denounce this practice. My hope is that no one will do this in the future.
