this info is, as far as i know, correct and is intended to clarify Harbor Tile Attack by these 2 options. i will say that if APA, Kita, or that IJN ECL go out of bounds PAST your start line on a regular tile, the game should register that team as the winner of the tile. HARBOR TILE attacks are denoted.
I think you are confusing Skytrains and DBs. They use the same pilots, but Skytrains are for HA only and only ever drop paratroopers for damaging the harbour. They are relatively slow and loud and take up a decent chunk of plane space. It is a non-destructive way to capture the harbour and is intended gameplay. You obviously cant run past the left border on HT (there is land from the harbour), so you can't cheese the harbour that way.

Unfortunately you are just wrong. That 1 minute rule has been removed because you are no longer supposed able to get out of bounds. What this results in is that you can realistically glitch yourself out of bounds, turn your ship, and run the whole length of the map before coming into the map at the top or bottom right and crossing the border to win a tile, with no counter play unless someone is parked in that corner and can hit you in smoke. What this also means is that you can take an HA tile while the entire enemy line is up.
This is the issue that is being complained about by many of our fleet members because you can't counter this. You can hold the line as much as you want, but 15 minutes into a tile you just get the "You Have Been Defeated" prompt because someone glitched outside the map where you cant see them to shoot them.
RE: Skytrains - I'm pretty sure in HA tiles planes dont get auto shot down on border (don't quote me on this) like in GB, so you can also glitch planes into the north border and run them the whole way around the map (or at least on the very edge) so you can't see them. This is also why half the time skytrain CVs hide in the top right corner on HTs.

i will just say that i gave up 3 other secondary accounts to keep playing when they were banning people, and i wrote NF and told them i had them, had never abused re: the game these accounts, and told them i was folding all 3, keeping this one account.
AND there was a big problem with both RA and BAMF and extra accounts back then. at that time, Omega did not even exist. RA, as a whole fleet, was banned back then, as was half+/- of BAMF. but hey jojo has been banned for buying accounts like 3 times and banned for life 3 times and still comes back.
Multiple accounts are allowed now, which is why many people made other accounts to have more ships for HA/HD. We will not tolerate anyone calling or insinuating that our players cheat without proof.
