AA doesn't count. You have to take the harbour off an opponent that can actually put up a fight.

Ya I know, but devildog8 doesn't think so, so much that he even put in the suggestions area a few weeks ago that he wants a fleet to be able to own 2 harbors because he thought HAs on Kaiser were non-existent. However since then there has been 3 HAs a week since.


dumb elliot, the suggestion was for both servers not kaiser


exactly you fail to see that kaiser still has plenty of HAs.

i have a question concearning HA. If I have 2 BB BOs for a nation, of 2 separates lines to use both ships in a HA do i need 2 crews or can i switch them to one to another?

you can use the crew for both ships, and lines

what devildog said ..... to expand on that in a bit more detail ....

during HA you :

CAN ...
move crew from ship to ship
move crew in and out of HQ
reload your ammo supplies

CAN'T ...
trade (sailors or anything else)
buy ships (nor equipment for them)
repair ships in dockyard .. (repairman in battle still functions - but only while in THAT battle)
