there used to be 1 on both arizona and missouri. When the server merged happened the 2 joined up but its pretty dead because of a certain game.

yea your best bet is to join canadian navy on Nebby, although i dont know who lead is anymore and if globe ever came back from war, but there a great group of guys, to bad they dont stop playing with there tanks.

Dubyj and Enticer are now the leaders of RCN, just recently taking command of the fleet from Tango44.

i find fleets that are nationalised - the fleets that speak other languages is FC,ARA,AH,PMW. have a hard time maintaing there hofs and members due to the alure of fleets that are more active in ha and fleet events.

on kaiser i would like that

Nationalized fleets usually don't work well from my experience. The few that are top fleets are the exceptions to many that have fallen.

and they stay together due to a common language ie spanish or polish

Theres not enough players on Kaiser to do this, but The Guardians Fleet's (Kaiser server) officers are all Canadian =)
