Harbor Assault is a game mode which is only available to Fleets who have a Fleet Leader controlling a lvl 80 Radioman. A fleet must also pay a fee to participate in this type of battle. The objective of Harbor Assault is for the attacking Fleet to play battles and win each tile within the Harbor Area they are attacking.

When a battle is won in the attacking fleet's favor, that 'Battle Tile' is awarded to that fleet for advancement to the next 'Battle Tile'. Once the fleet has fought their way to the Harbor 'Battle Tile' they will enter the occupied Harbor and attempt to liberate it as their own.
In order to win the Harbor, the attacking fleet must do 1 of 4 things; reduce the DP of the Harbor, this is done by directly firing upon the Harbor in the Harbor's 'Battle Tile'; deploying marines, by bringing an APA ship with in range of the Harbor in the Harbor's 'Battle Tile'; dropping Airborne Soldiers, by launching Transport Planes from CV's over the Harbor in the Harbor's 'Battle Tile'; or by destroying every ship in the defending Fleet's arsenal. The defending fleet can win a Harbor Assault by repelling the attacking fleet and keeping them from gaining access to the Harbor 'Battle Tile'.
