LOss of Armour and Credits invested in AW EBB3 KM

Starluck	Greetings, I have a KM EBB3 armour whore. Top speed 25 knots in overdrive and thats with multiple enggineers. Now since this merger including the patch that came after the merger... Im still sitting without any guns or armour on my EBB3. I put in a suport ticket, and their response was that I "Should Have" already recived that refund from this patch. I havent. I am surprised that I have to put in the same ticket twice. Who else has significant losses do to the merger and patches?

srgtyork	Yea I have the km ebb3 AWed and at 11 inches of deck 2 gun setup it cost over 8.3 mil to setup,also have multiple other prem and ebb ships that had a total of over 15 mil in armour and only recieved 2 mil from the patch,so yea I feel for ya Starluck.

Xmasrock	ya ive lost quiet A bit of money... i dont understand what takes more then 24 hours to be fixed... i put armor on my pbb and my cv and my pcv and my bb had 4 inches idk what my others had so it in the millions id gusse like 2 mil ive already sent in a tciket to

Starluck	dude im a 39 year old adult.... you sound just like the 1st support ticket... and im looking at 10-20 million in armour....

bloodsky	Have you explained in the ticket that even after the reimbursement patch you have not received credits?
