Requesting a review on the Roll the Dice

dunno why but for some reason i think theres a small problem on the Roll the Dice system
been on it for 2 days straight to get some Repairs and Engineers but for some god only
know why only been getting is Restorers and some fighters out of it and almost no other
class points
so i wonder if theres a problem with the system cause back in the old yamato server i got
some of the other classes
not complaining just for the heads up
just want to know if theres a problem with the system or the odds of getting the specified
classes have been lowered

It was bad before the merge, I could not find a 12 to save my life. After 4 hours, I gave
up and went with 11's
I still don't have 11/11 gunners because I refuse to settle with 10/11's
