Yes, if you find that you are unable to purchase some equipment for your next ship, either
sell off your old ship(s), or sell off some guns from your new (or what ever you may have
been able to afford) and buy a dd 01 or something as they are pretty cheap. Play in that
for a little more to gain up some cash.

If you haven't dragged and dropped you sailors off the ship they are still on your neut ship..

You must take them off of your ship in Busan and place them on the "Force Bar" at the bottom.
Press ESC to leave busan, then enter Hamburg from the menu at the upper right.
