TeamNF, why cant we still buy the tsukikei?i've been longing for this ship for quite a while..when will it be fixed?

If we knew a set date when there will be the patch for it (and if we were 100% sure that this date will be final) we would most likely tell you....

Im having this same problem and its really annoying. Ive starated leveling up another sailor he's lvl 18 now but still 6 levls to go (awful lot of work just to get a tsukikei) but even then i'd have to dismiss my bo, im not sure if Iwant to do that so .. yeah.
