Any reason why you would limit yourself to just one ship line?
You only need a second Bridge Officer, not a whole second crew, to play both lines.

go for both, after you get to edin get train another bo to go york line, it can help your
level your supports and your gunners

go the Edinburgh route first......... it is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay easier that york line.
