We had some slight bugs catched right after the server went up, and attempted to

fix it with another short server down.

- BB/CA room bug has been fixed. the minimum numbers players needed in the
room is 14, and the wrong message mentioning 4 CVs in the BB/CA room has
been corrected.

- There is bug not allowing Panzerchiffe ship classes to enter the BB/CA class,
this is fixed but if you are using a Panzerchiffe ship class and eager to participate
in the BB/CA class, please Download are manual patch for this week.
