Standard Time. (Jan 3th, 06:00:00 -> Jan 3th, 08:00:00 GMT/UTC time)

1. Select mode has been altered.
-The Exp earning rate in BB/CA and CV modes has increased by 10 %.
-The minimum player limit for FF&DD mode has changed from 20 players to 12
players, and the maximum level limit has changed to level 30.

2. The minimum player limit for Great Battle has been reduced from 20 to 16 players.

3. Harbor Assault has been removed from the normal servers.
-The user interface for HA still remains ingame, but it is unusable

4. The bug that causes a fighter to be blind has been partially fixed.

5. The anti-macro graphics for missions has been changed to clearer graphics.

6. The bug allowing ships entering the battle room which have higher level sailors
on it than the actual level limit in Blitzkrieg and Select mode has been fixed.
