I would like to suggest being able to reply on a "resolved" support Question.
Currently this is not possible and the only way to do so is to make a new ticket.
Isn't it possible that if i send a new reply on my previous support ticket the ticket will
be shown as unresesolved or in progress or whatever.

On an other note (dont want to make two seperate suggestions) i would like to
suggest being able to object to an suspension. Things said can be taken out of
context, and i believe erverybody has the wright to tell their side of the story, and
stating clear rules. (Apearently saying someone or a certain group is/are noobs is a
suspendable offense :S )
This is only available afther the suspension is over (thus to late!)

Finally: inform someone if he or she is about to be suspended and state the offense
(and giving them the chance to explain themselfs).
