If it is him it is his personal style, and my friendly advice would be to keep it because it fits his face (not negative) and makes him look strict and respectable.

Animated gifs look to be disabled. Someone would have to go over to TeamNF's office and twist their arm to allow animated gifs. I will do so if everyone gets together and donates enough money for a round trip plane ticket as well as one nights room and board.
