Buff Jap Gun Line CA and BB

Windforce	Japs gun line really sucks after CL! CA and BB have higher lvl req than other nations, less range, less armor, crappy speed. Please lower Jap BB and CA lvl req!!!

obst	Jap CA... Mog is weak? O_o Anyway, I know about Jap BBs (<lvl 77) being pure food for other BBs, mainly because of their range. Those guns will most likely be added into the list of "worthless guns" I am preparing at the moment to give to TNF.

blue87	Yes in Seattle, i got up to Mog CL, then i looked and realized that there is nothing worth working for in the CA/BB line... so i left Seattle... even after getting Hosho. In Vancouver im currently running in high lvl Edinburgh and a York, and am plenty happy about eventually getting BB.Revenge.
