Mine just freezes on the final loading screen picture (the one of the aircraft carrier being shot at) and doesn't do anything. the NF logo stops rotating and the "loading...." bit stops orbiting the logo.

I had that problem,i couldn't play the game for one week,it was painy,it's because of the corrupted datas while you download the installination or update(but probably data error while installing) NOW I HAVE THREE KINDS OF INSTALLINATION and when i tried all of them, the first installination which i downloaded from download.com results in GAME CRUSHING TO DESKTOP after update(without warning) second installination was taken from another computers files and when i download it,ALL THE SCREEN MIXES UP and words are slipped(or removed) to somewhere, Third installination was a recent installination(Manual) and it works pretty good.I advise you to redownload the game or i can send you the third installination(600mgb or something) which is going to take same time!

I've had the same problem... loads updates get's to the NF loading screen I see the SD ENTERNET logo then......BLACK SCREEN..... can't do nothing cept reboot usually after i reboot it loads up correctly and i get in.. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I have also had the updates (when there are updates) just plain fail in the middle of downloading... all i can do is quit and restart or reboot. it's frustrating....

i am getting the same problem i havent played for 3 days tried to play tonight

i started and completed the update then it just kinda paused when finished updating for about 15 secs then crashed to desktop (no error message or warning)

i rebooted launched the game and get to the update screen as usual but then it just pauses on that screen and after about 10 seconds just crashes back to desktop (no error message or warning)

anyone any ideas ??

what do you mean by crashes? the screen blacks out? cos its hapening to me and i have to shut down my computer
