Patch 1.218

1. Beginner's BB Mission has been added.
- level limit : Bridge Operator level under 16.

2. Neutral BB. Super Yamato will be used in Beginner's BB Mission.
- This ship is gained after clearing the Training Mission when you first start NavyField.
- The BB. Super Yamato can be used for 24 hours after it has been placed in the Ship
yard only in the Beginner's BB Mission.
- The Neutral BB. Super Yamato is based on the IJN BB. Super Yamato but it is only
used for beginner's training which has different ship data.

3. Fleet disband will be blocked if credits are left in the Fleet.
