And you NEED scout for agano to really use it.

7.9 B D are my weapon of choice...did 20k attack in cl ca and took 1000 damge thanks to hiding behind an eugen

Your gunners are find...mine are lvl 43..and still only 30 vets 100 experts and i do 20k attack + per cl battle and 15k attack + per cl ca with my mogami...

Use agano only for dd/cl with a lot of cls in it or cl/ca or cl only...it is basically useless until higher lvls vs dds.

Im interested in the long range style, how many vets and experts should a "good gunner" have?

currently my gunners are level 31 with 80 experts and 30 vets, BO has 18 vets and 78 experts. Im fairly confident with my crew and i have 2 12 base torpedo men for defence incase anyone needs a 55knt torp stuck up their butts :p the only thing im concerned about is firepower... with only 3 gun slots and about 5 more levels until the triple 6"s ill only have 6 cannons on a Agano opposed to 10 O_O on the Tsukikei

i think ill just use a scout for my sight, but that wastes a good support slot : |

my Bo stuck at lvl 31...hard to gain exp when come to big battle.....i using the akitsuki kai to gain some exp to lvl up to lvl 33...to gain fo oyodo

You can use it to TW....but there is a reason the torp line exists....

I don't know if the person I bought him from TW'd that Scout, but I'm guessing you're right. I had another one +12 bomber stat with 150 experts and 20 vets, but I traded him along with 1.6mil credit for two lvl61 US gunners.

i remember when i first got my scout from twing i used to count how many times i lose a scout so i dont run of experts lol
