Hopefully this will stop at least some of the posts asking these sorts of questions.

i) About the Vickers L3

I have a question, do I have to have lvl 38 torpedoman to actually shoot torpedos
from the sub?

Do i see it correctly in shipyard that later IJN subs have less displacement for crew than

Usually I advise using one more torp to kill a ship than you think it will take, so dd=2 torps, cl=3... and so on. Because
once you fire that first torp they will either move right on top of you or sail out of range.

I have also found that when fighting a BB if you know you will hit it up the simultaneous, seems like less torps go under
that way, at least from my experience

I just droped 110 vets on my planesman and my submerge time is almost twice what it was
before. I do not know the specifics of the change but I think this should be changed to
reflect more accurately.
