Patch 1.227

1. The ship graphic error which appears when pressing the ship change button and
aboarding button at almost the same time has been fixed.

2. Submarine system has been changed.
a. - The air recharge gauge will be at full gauge when the battle starts. However, if
the submarine does not have a planesman, only half will be recharged.
b. - The ability on Planesman will be activating effectively than before.
c. - Air recharging time will be extended if there is no planesman on the Submarine.
d. - The Submarine speed system during Diving status will be changed. It may be
shown as it has decreased a bit than before.
