Dear Navyfield Fans,

We had the miscommunication with our developers about "if
the submarine does not have a planesman, only half will be recharged" part.

This was the part of our patch plan for today,
but our game planner and developers decided to put this off for today's patch.
We will discuss about this more,
and we will let our players know if we will put this again in the near future.

We are very sorry for this confuse.
