I believe that that specific part of the license agreement you mean is as follows:


'You may not share your Account with anyone, except that if you are parents or a guardian [Related to the Policy 1A], any items or crews which get lost because of accounts being shared will not be fixed by TeamNF [Related to the Policy 1C] with the following.

Regarding "Account Sharing": You may not expect any help if you cause harm to another player's account or have your account harmed by another player. Only share accounts with people you trust as much as you trust yourself. '

If you read this carefully, it does infact only state that trading accounts to other players, when no other goods (real life or other) are traded, is allowed but any damage caused by such 'Trading' is at your own risk, and that they are at no obligation to help recover goods lost from it.

The account switch between ADSL and Shsummoner has been APPROVED by TeamNF, therefore, it is 100% LEGIT. As for who the person that posted on Gaz's (aka old Shsum) ADSL account, I have no clue. However, I was witness to the swap between ADSL and Shsum so I know there has been no punishment for that. And in regards to notification of clans, ADSL and Shsum both notified their respective clans and we know the current situation.
