when i try to run the game that message appears.
j-n told me to go to control panel and regional settings and change everything to English/USA i did but it stills says the same thing
so i redownloaded it and it still doesnt work, my friend lives close to me and he can play the game.
is not the internet speed i can play other games without lag
someone plz help

Okay, i'll walk you through it again as this deals with your "regional settings" these instuctions MAY vary due to Diffrent versions of Windows.

Go to Control Panel

Click on "regional and language settings" (may also be located in System or similarly named section)

Go through all options and select USA or English, for language/regional settings.

This will solve your problem.

Try it.

This bug is caused by regional settings, so this is the only way to fix it.

And please don't double/multipost and rather bump an existing thread than creating a new one.

Do you try to play on an administrator account or something minor?
