1. The JPN AA Gunner -> Machine Gunner(Lv. 40) sailor tree will not appear to AA
Gunners which are Lv. 40 or above. This is to prevent confusions on the JPN AA
Gunner tree.

-Current Machine Gunners will be usable as before
-This may be altered in future patches.
