Don't hold ALT while pressing PrintScreen.

If you have BO shot running, either in your task bar or the little icon in the bottom right corner, you should have no problems taking a screenshot just press the button that says PrtScn or Print screen (or equivlant) no need to press anything else. When you get back to your desktop go to the folder you spesified in BOshot for your screenshots to go, (default is within the boshot program folder) and your screenshot(S) should be there.

And which key are you using? Press "Print Screen".
