Sometimes after a crash it is normal that you cannot log in because the server still has you listed as logged-in, but waiting a while (usually some minutes) will fix that.

And when you login be sure to select the correct server, because on the other one you will have a *fresh* account which might lead you to thinking that everything is gone.

yay, i tried too on "seatle" server and is empty.
I start playing that game around 14-15 days ago. Playing almost every day. (if it helps i had lvl 26 BO and lvl 27 sailors)

And for how long have you had played on that account already?

i can log again to game... but, when i choose (correctly) "Vancouver" server, my account is empty :(, well exaclty is like a new account.
Any chance to get back my ship+sailors? (checking logs on server) If not, i'll not roll again U.K. ships, took me too much time to be close on a nice boat.
Any tip to avoid that bug?
